QUICK & DIRTY SELF DEFENSE

Brosious, 10th degree black belt Ketsugo Ju-Jitsu Self Defense. Harold has been in the Martial Arts since 1951. He is a member of the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame. He was inducted as Instructor of the year 1997. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the U.S. Martial Artist Assn. As Supreme Grand Master Instructor for the year 2002. He serves on black belt boards of several Ju-Jitsu organizations. He is International President of the International Black Belt Federation. He serves as the South Central United States representative for the U. S. Martial Artists Assn.
If you either leave your home or remain there, YOU NEED THIS CLASS. You will learn how to increase your confidence,
protect yourself and how to turn your fear into controlled anger. Your will learn how to control your attacker in just a few seconds.
CLASS IS HANDS-ON. WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING.
TOPICS INCLUDE:
1. Extremely effective techniques that are easy to do and easy to remember.
2. Find out what to do when you are faced with overwhelming odds.
3. Why size is no factor.
4. Anguish caused by kicking or running and what to really do.
5. Unarmed defense against one or more attackers.
6. Proper use of a hand stick / key ring ( included).
7. Unarmed defense against an attacker using a knife or stick.8. Special techniques for attacks that are extremely dangerous.
FEE: $50.00 .
Classes are set for two hours. Group rates can be arranged.
